To reserve:
Log in and select an item click on the "Register" button in the detailed item window. Items may be reserved for 4 days (96) hours) with no obligation.

To view your reservations:
Log in In the top bar you will find a link to your reservation list ("Shopping card")

To cancel a reservation: Log in at "Shopping card" Click on the red word "delete" in the table

To order reserved items:
Log in at your "Shopping card" and click on the basket to transfer the item to your Shopping Basket and proceed

To order the items direct:
Log in and select an artefact click on the "buy" button and follow the instructions.

Payments:
Items may be purchased directly from the site. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) payments in Euro and U.S. currency. We also accept credit card payments in U.S. Dollars through PayPal. Click on PayPal payment and you will receive an invoice by email from PayPal within 24 hours

Shipping:
The shipping rates with registered mail start at: € 10
For items over € 1000 we advice shipping with FedEx. This is fast and insured shipping. You can click the "FEDEX" buttom in the order. Insured FedEx shipping starts from € 60.

Exportlicense:
For some pieces an exportlicense has to be obtained from the Netherlands Government.. This is a legal formality and will be done by us without any extra cost. When apllicable we send a copy of this exportlicense with the item. By this way the buyer is always able to show that his property was legally exported to them. Because the name and address has to be put on the exportlicense, shipment leaves 7 days after ordering.

Refund Policy:
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a proper reason, for a full refund. (Only the FEDEX freight is excluded)
